PRG oversees strategic planning, investment, and financing activities, conducted for our clients. Our principals are active and passive investors, and have executed and overseen a combined billions of dollars in acquisitions, land use, and dispositions through various ownership vehicles. We’re pursuing new acquisition opportunities, some of which may be offered to accredited investors or through joint venture relationships.

INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT

PRG manages investment, development, private equity and debt strategies to support its clients. We capitalize on resources and opportunities with a focus on implementing hands-on value creation initiatives to (re)develop and position, mismanaged and capital-starved assets with the goal of repositioning and/or sale.

Our group’s senior leadership has approximately 18 years of relevant real estate experience. We believe our multi-asset class experience, national scale, and deep real estate law, property operations, and development knowledge, differentiate us from other investors in the market. Our group leverages its experienced leadership, national market perspective, deep sourcing to property networks and in-house research, allowing us vertical-integration capability to identify, raise capital, and execute deals.

PRG has worked with acquisitions, land use matters, and dispositions nationwide across property types and industry sectors. We are deeply experienced in many industries from residential to mixed use to healthcare; and have resources to draw from when needed. We have handled it all – from a single family home sale to assembling a dozen city blocks in an urban center involving significant environmental and historic matters and multiple tiers of governmental entities.

PRG provides strategy & consulting services for private and public sector clients. Our team works with clients to clarify the end goal and develop executable measures within the existing real estate market. We can also position your company and/or product to reach the right target market and resonate. We have worked with various industry stakeholders – from builders and developers, private and institutional investors, financial and legal service firms, and product manufacturers and we can provide a custom strategy, including market research to better identify and understand how to align your business.
